A Romanian limited liability company (S.R.L.) is being established to operate RegimeFlow. Full company registration details — legal name, registered office, tax identification number (CUI), Trade Register number, EUID, VAT status, share capital and legal representative — will be published here once incorporation completes and paid subscriptions become available. No payments are processed during the free phase.

3. Supervisory authorities
Consumer disputes for users in Romania may be addressed to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), Bd. Aviatorilor 72, Bucharest, anpc.ro. Data-protection matters fall under the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest, anspdcp.ro.
For online dispute resolution, the European Commission provides the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
4. Professional regulation
RegimeFlow provides technical analytics software. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or any service regulated by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) or ESMA. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.
