Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using regimeflow.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
  • You are not located in a country embargoed by the U.S. or EU
  • You are not on any sanctions list (OFAC, EU consolidated list, UK HM Treasury)

3. The service

RegimeFlow provides software-based technical analysis tools, AI-derived market signals, and risk-management indicators based on public market data. The Platform is a software tool, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or registered exchange.

4. No financial advice

The Platform provides AI-based analytical instruments. These do NOT constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or binding trading signals. The user assumes full responsibility for any financial losses arising from their use of the Platform.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment recommendation, tax advice, legal advice, broker-dealer activity, or a guarantee of profit. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any financial decision.

Cryptocurrency and financial markets are highly volatile. You may lose part or all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. AI models and technical indicators can produce false, delayed, or misleading signals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, indicator, or data point displayed.

Always consult a licensed financial advisor authorized in your jurisdiction before making material investment decisions.

5. User accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person — multi-accounting to circumvent limits is prohibited
  • You must accept the risk disclosure on first login to access the dashboard

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, automate, or programmatically access the Platform beyond rate limits
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary AI models or algorithms
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Platform data without written permission
  • Use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or illegal activity
  • Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities outside our responsible disclosure program

7. Subscriptions, billing and refund policy

Paid tiers (Pro) are billed via Stripe Inc. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

EU consumers — waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal

RegimeFlow is a digital service supplied instantly upon payment (Pro features are unlocked immediately after successful checkout). In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Article 16(m), and Romanian OUG 34/2014 Art. 16 lit. m, by clicking "Upgrade to Pro" at checkout and completing payment you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. As such, monthly and annual subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Exceptions (goodwill refunds)

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in cases of duplicate charges, technical inability to access the service for more than 72 consecutive hours, or other exceptional circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@regimeflow.com within 30 days of the charge.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting billing@regimeflow.com result in immediate account termination and may be contested with Stripe using the audit evidence we retain (disclaimer acceptance log, IP, timestamp, browser fingerprint).

8. Intellectual property

All code, AI models, indicators, branding, and content on the Platform are the property of RegimeFlow or its licensors. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate, and grant us a non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the service.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, profitable, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RegimeFlow AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUB-PROCESSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RegimeFlow harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory requirements. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings or by emailing support@regimeflow.com.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.

For consumers domiciled in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence (per Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Art. 6).

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and require re-acceptance via the risk-disclosure modal. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
